Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you
to show how much they care about you
The heart of a woman is what
makes the world keep turning.
They bring joy, hope and love.
They have compassion and ideas.
They give moral support to their
family and friends.
Women have vital things to say
and everything to give.
HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN,

Xevera, haven't heard of it until last week. My brother wants to buy a house for him and his soon-to-be wife and luckily got across this web site that made him interested in getting a house at Xevera, Pampanga.

Xevera, Pampanga is owned by Mr. Delfin Lee (Globe Asiatique Realty Holding Corp.), a real estate developer that started his real estate venture in 1992. He is also the person giving out Condominium unit as well as residential unit in TV programs: Wowowee, Pinoy Big Brother and Pinoy Dream Academy. And the owner of Coffee Outlet here in Balibago, Angeles City.

I was really astound with this project(Xevera, Pampanga) when I made a site trip last week with my mom and cousin to take a look at the model townhouse. If I'm not mistaken, 50 hectares of land is being developed by this project. According to one agent, they will build 4,000 residential units(45.50 sq.m., 2 bedroom townhouse). Some of the amenities are a School, Church, Wet and dry market, Commercial area, Town hall, an olympic size swimming pool, free shuttle ride within the area and I believe there will be more.

After checking out the three model houses, my mom did not hesitate to tell my brother to get a house there. I also decided to get one for my family(hihi..). This is my opportunity to own house and lot, so I grabbed the chance. I hope that this will be a good start for me and my family. I suggest that you have a tour at Xevera, l'm sure if you're looking for a house, you'll like it there too.

(siGh..) mY mONdAY...

This day will be a long day for me. A long week din dahil umuwi sa Concepcion, Tarlac ang asawa at baby ko and will be back palang sa friday. Mukhang di rin ako makakatulog mamayang gabi. Hindi na ako sanay na hindi sila katabi sa pagtulog. Iba na talaga pag mommy ka, mawalay lang sandali sayo baby mo, nag-aalala ka na at ilang minuto palang na di mo makita e namimiss mo na.

Hindi lang yon ang dahilan kung bakit medyo malungkot ako this day. Bumalik na kasi sa states yung lola ko. Kahit na nagkakagulo kami sa bahay dahil sa dominating personality nya at medyo may sakit ako ng loob sa kanya dahil sa mga masasakit na salitang sinabi nya sa amin, di pa rin nawawala ang respeto ko sa kanya and i feel sorry dahil di ko man lang nakuhang magpaalam sa kanya kaninang pag alis nya. I feel really bad talaga, i'm sure kahit na ano pang gawin ko to make it up to her, hindi nya maaappreciate, ganun yata talaga sya. Pero kahit na ganon sya, I love her so much. O sya na, tama na ang drama naiiyak na ako.

I just hope na makarating sya ng safe sa Texas and sana next time na magvacation sya (sana.. hehe) maging maayos lahat, magkakasundo, at walang away.

Oo nga pala, sana friday na para makita ko na ang baby ko. Miss ko na Khianne ko!
